In October 2025, Neoenergia’s residential rate rose 11.65% (ANEEL Ratifying Resolution No. 3,542/2025). And under Law 14,300, anyone who generates their own energy pays a growing share of the grid fee starting from the day they join, rising every year. In 2026 that share stands at 60%, and it rises again on January 1st. It’s written into law, it’s an annual step, and it doesn’t reverse:

These are percentage points of the Fio B fee, which is one part of the rate — not percentage points of your savings. The effect on your bill is smaller than the number suggests, and that’s exactly what we calculate for your case.
Installing today doesn’t freeze anything — no serious company will promise you that. The grandfathered right under Art. 26 applied to those who filed for grid access by 01/07/2023.

During the site visit, and the conditions are recorded in the technical report. Hail heavy enough to damage panels is rare in Brasília — it’s more common in southern Brazil. If you’d like to insure the system, we can point you in the right direction; the policy itself isn’t arranged directly by us.
"What if it generates less than promised?"
Nobody can guarantee generation: weather, shade and the roof’s real-world orientation make generation swing month to month, both up and down, and no quoting platform predicts that with precision — be wary of anyone promising a fixed number. What we guarantee for 12 months is our workmanship — the installation. The equipment carries its own manufacturer warranty, usually longer and varying by brand and model; you get access to a monitoring app, and if it shows a fault in any equipment, we provide the support you need and file the warranty claim for you.
"What if I sell the property? What if the company disappears?"
The project and the utility approval are recorded on Neoenergia’s platform, linked to the responsible installer. If you want to switch installers, there’s a formal process to transfer technical responsibility — the same one we use when we take over a system from another company. And we’ve been in Taguatinga since 2017, at an address you can visit.

In all three options you’re buying an asset, which becomes yours from the moment it’s installed. Terms, timelines and rates are subject to credit review and each financial institution’s current rules. Before signing, you receive in writing: the Total Effective Cost (CET), the effective interest rate, the number and amount of each installment, and the total to be paid across all installments — as required by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.

The 280 kWh/month residential kit runs R$5,836 paid in full — a reference price, subject to change with equipment costs, with the current price confirmed in your simulation. Larger systems are priced in proportion to consumption — and you get the exact number for your case in the simulation, before any proposal. We publish a price because we believe anyone about to spend several thousand reais has a right to know the ballpark before handing over their phone number.
As a reference, bills above R$ 400 a month usually justify the investment — as does anyone planning to increase consumption, with an electric car, air conditioning or a home addition. Below that, we’d rather tell you it’s not worth it than let you find out later.
The Fio B fee is charged on offset energy. In 2026 it stands at 60%, rises to 75% in 2027, and climbs every year until 2029, when it becomes full. That doesn’t eliminate the savings: it reduces part of them, and reduces more the longer you wait. That’s why sizing matters — a well-designed system prioritizes consumption at the moment of generation, which is the part the Fio B fee doesn’t reach.
